Product Team (Led by Kushal CHUKANATTI aka Sanjay/Feelgood Labs)
- Feature Definition and Planning: Identify and define new product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and strategic objectives.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to translate feature ideas into concrete product designs.
- Engineering Coordination: Translate product designs into technical requirements and create detailed Jira tickets for the Engineering team.
UX/UI Design (Muhammad QASIM)
- Designing user interfaces and experiences for the company's products, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with the company's branding.
Engineering / IT Team (Led by Nikita VASILEV)
- Technical Implementation: Analyze product requirements and design, determine technical feasibility, and plan implementation approach.
- Quality Assurance: Work in conjunction with the QA team to identify, track, and resolve bugs.
